We hope that you are always satisfied with your Style Sophistique purchase! If it doesn’t work out, you are eligible to receive a full refund for your purchase if items are sent back/postmarked within 10 calendar days of delivery date according to tracking info.

Items that are returned outside of this window will be received for store credit only. Anything received after 30 days can not be returned.

If you are making an exchange, we will cover the shipping on the new size! Also, if you choose store credit vs a refund we will refund your original shipping cost as well.

To be eligable to return, all items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition. Items in this condition that are returned within the above timeframe will qualify for a refund. All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

2) Once your return is approved, please package the items you are returning (customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs) and ship to the address given.

3) You will receive a return confirmation email once we have received your item(s), and will refund based on guidelines above.
